Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Cook for the Radisson Hotel in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role involves preparing food according to recipes and standards, maintaining kitchen equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work weekend and holiday PM shifts as required
• Have hotel or restaurant line cook experience
• Prepare foods per specifications and quality standards
• Prepare equipment and food based on forecasted needs
• Operate kitchen machinery knowledgeably
• Stay updated on menu options, techniques, and ingredients
• Control inventory and label incoming products
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing food and beverage products
• Follow safety policies for guests and staff
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the department
• Support operational efficiency across departments
• Perform additional duties as assigned
