Through our history and strong values, we have excelled in hotel development and management. Our properties are located across the country and fly flags from Hilton, IHG, Choice, and Marriott.

Property Location: Radisson Hotel Cedar Rapids, IA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Weekends, Holidays as required
  • AM & PM shifts as required
  • Must have open availability for morning, evening & weekend shifts as required
  • At least 1 year of hotel front desk experience
  • Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
  • Registers and processes guests upon arrival and departure
  • Demonstrates telephone courtesy and professionalism
  • Attentively listens to guests and anticipates any additional needs or concerns
  • Maintains clean and professional appearance of public areas and hotel office
  • Uses appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy
  • Ensures all guest accounts are complete and accurate
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of all hotel services and facilities, including local area attractions
  • Complies with the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies
  • Assists in monitoring and upholding safety procedures for guests and staff
  • Processes departmental reports
  • Collaborates with team members and other departments to ensure operational efficiency
  • Delivers amenities and general assistance to guests as requested
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
  • Conducts work-related functions professionally

Must be available evenings and weekends. Shifts are typically 3 pm to 11 pm. Full-time position for the right candidate!
