Property Location: Radisson Hotel, Cedar Rapids, IA.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Weekends & Holidays as required
  • AM & PM shifts as required
  • Provides exceptional guest service and ensures all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly
  • Presents appropriate menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions
  • Verifies age requirements are met for purchase of alcohol as needed
  • Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods, ingredients
  • Communicates orders to the kitchen promptly and accurately
  • Attentively listens to guests and anticipates additional needs or concerns
  • Collects used dishes and glasses from tables and other areas
  • Delivers room service orders as needed
  • Assists in monitoring and upholding safety policies for guests and team members
  • Supports team members and other departments to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintains cleanliness and inventories throughout the department
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
