Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. On-call position as needed (Part-Time)
2. Provide exceptional guest service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
3. Assist in preparations and set tables according to banquet event orders before events
4. Provide beverage service during events
5. Maintain buffet stations throughout events
6. Carry trays of plated meals to serve guests
7. Listen attentively to guests and anticipate additional needs or concerns
8. Respond to feedback regarding food quality and presentation
9. Stay updated on menu options, preparation methods, techniques, and ingredients
10. Collect used dishes and glasses from tables and public areas
11. Assist in monitoring and upholding safety policies for guests and team members
12. Support team members and other departments to enhance operational efficiency
13. Maintain cleanliness throughout the department
14. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
