Property Location: Radisson Hotel, Cedar Rapids, IA


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Weekend and Holiday PM Shifts as required
  • Hotel or restaurant line cook experience required
  • Prepares foods according to specifications and quality standards established in recipes and procedures
  • Prepares equipment and food based on forecasted needs and events
  • Maintains working knowledge of all kitchen machinery operations
  • Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods, techniques, and ingredients
  • Maintains appropriate inventory controls and dates all incoming products
  • Assists in ordering, receiving, and storing all food and beverage related products
  • Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for guest and team member safety
  • Maintains cleanliness throughout the department
  • Assists team members and other departments to improve operational efficiency
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
