Job Summary

Prepares food following federal, state, and company standards to ensure quality service at all times.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
5. Assist with inventory, ordering, and record keeping.
6. Report maintenance issues immediately.
7. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
8. Follow all safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes.
9. Perform additional duties as needed.
