Summary:

Positions: Lead, Sauté, and Broiler Cook (Full-time, Part-time, and Seasonal positions available!) Earn up to $21.45 per hour based on job, skill level, and experience!

Location: Lighthouse Restaurant

Schedule: Open availability required; able to work any day, any time

White Lodging operates a collection of award-winning, premium-brand restaurants and bars. Our culinary team is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience, and we are looking for skilled and passionate Line Cooks at various levels to join our team and contribute to a positive guest experience. What You’ll Do


  • Execute food preparation and cooking with precision, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage and maintain your station, keeping ingredients fresh and stocked.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and high standards.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and maintaining a positive, team-oriented kitchen.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety regulations.
  • Assist with kitchen operations as needed, stepping up in leadership when required.

What You’ll Bring


  • Expertise in essential cooking techniques, including sautéing, grilling, roasting, and butchery.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for high-quality food and teamwork.
  • Culinary education or apprenticeship is a plus but not required.
  • Professional cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred (Not required).
