Role Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues and participate in safety meetings.
• Follow food safety standards such as HACCP.
• Adhere to safety policies, including proper use of protective gear and safe lifting techniques.
