Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare food using standardized recipes to meet schedules.
• Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all food.
• Follow ticket procedures during service; maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Store food and supplies properly.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with planning, record keeping, ordering, and reporting.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper glove and equipment use.
