We are hiring immediately for full-time NIGHT COOK positions.

Location: Nike Dash - 1300 East Fulghum Road, Wilmer, TX 75172. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday - Saturday and Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 pm - 2:00 am. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Food service experience, ability to follow recipes, and customer service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses ticket procedures during service and maintains records.
• Maintains kitchen cleanliness and safe food handling.
• Stores food and supplies properly.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in planning, record-keeping, and ordering.
• Reports maintenance issues and accidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
