Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare high-quality food items following recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals with correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all dishes.
• Use proper ticketing procedures and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Store food and supplies properly.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with planning, ordering, and record-keeping.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain good relationships.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies.
