Job Description for Cook at Eurest

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Cook position at Bose, located at 100 The Mountain Drive, Framingham, MA 01701. Online applications are accepted only. Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality food using standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food items.
  • Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain records.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, store or discard excess food properly.
  • Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
  • Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
  • Attend safety and in-service meetings.
  • Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperatures.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, including the use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
