Job Summary

Prepare food following federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation; taste all items.
3. Use ticket procedures during service; maintain records.
4. Clean kitchen areas, store or discard excess food per safety standards.
5. Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators and storerooms; proper storage of food and supplies.
6. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
7. Assist with production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
8. Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
11. Work safely, maintaining a clean environment.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
13. Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperature.
14. Prioritize personal and team safety.
15. Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols for handling knives and hot equipment, using slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
