We are hiring immediately for full-time COOK positions.

Location: Fay School - 48 Main Street, Southborough, MA 01772. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time schedule. Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday; 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous hospitality and scratch cooking experience is preferred.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour

Job Summary: Prepares food following standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties:

1. Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and schedules.
2. Serve meals ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all items.
3. Use ticket procedures during service; maintain records.
4. Maintain cleanliness; store or discard excess food properly.
5. Keep refrigerators and storerooms organized.
6. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
7. Assist in planning, record-keeping, and ordering.
8. Report maintenance issues immediately.
9. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Follow safety standards, including HACCP and proper handling procedures.
