Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Cook in Carmel, IN to prepare high-quality, scratch-made meals for residents in accordance with dietary guidelines and safety standards. You will help ensure a positive dining experience and support the Food Service Manager with daily operations.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cooking experience. Teamwork, reliability, and adherence to sanitation policies are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years of similar cooking experience.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards in food prep.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure kitchen tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to create a great dining experience for residents and families.
