Spectrum Retirement Communities in Parker, Colorado, is seeking a Full-Time Kitchen/Prep Cook to support our dining team. You will follow standard recipes and special diet orders to prepare high-quality meals and ensure food safety standards.

You will work with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef to manage food and supply orders, inventory, and proper storage of leftovers, while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in all kitchen stations in a hotel, restaurant, or similar operation.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with the restaurant team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and professional.

Responsabilités

• Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
• Collaborate with Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage all aspects of food and supply management, including securing items for prep, storing leftovers safely, and maintaining inventories.
