Continental is seeking a dedicated kitchen associate for the Cuyahoga County Justice Center location. You will ensure consistent quality, safety, and presentation of our meals, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reading recipes, following portions, maintaining sanitation, and collaborating with teammates. Monday–Friday 6am–3pm, with potential growth in culinary skills and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must have good basic knife skills and production skills.
• Experience with food handling, sanitation and safety.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and portions.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities
