Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Cook at Suwanee KinderCare to prepare healthy meals for children in our centers, following menus created by our in-house nutritionist. You will maintain sanitary kitchen practices, manage food orders, and support daily center duties while protecting children's wellbeing and nutrition.

Qualifications

• Love for children and desire to make a daily difference.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and allergy awareness.
• Ability to follow menus and prepare appropriate portions.
• Basic math skills for measuring servings.
• Food Handler's License or willingness to obtain one.
• At least one year of institutional cooking is desirable.
• Two or more years working with children is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and equipment safely and hygienically.
• Order food and supplies as needed.
• Dispense and store medication per requirements.

• Support daily center duties and collaborate with staff.
