Job summary

Responsibilities

• Works with the Food Service Manager in planning, preparing, and presenting three balanced meals daily for the program.
• Assists in ordering and storing food meeting CDPH and LA County Health Department standards.
• Follows the monthly rotation menu.
• Maintains high standards in the foodservice dining room and kitchen.
• Assists in training students in cooking, food prep, and presentation; daily hygiene and storage procedures.
