This role involves working in a loud, fast-paced environment with multiple tasks under time constraints. Front-line buffet cooks will have significant direct public contact. The physical demands include standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 70 lbs carts and 100 lbs pots), repetitive stirring, and working in extreme hot and cold conditions. The job requires bending at the waist and handling a heavy business volume efficiently.
