Benedictine is seeking a Travel-ready Culinary Services Lead to prepare hot and cold items for patients, residents, visitors and staff. You will lead Culinary Services Aides, maintain sanitation, and follow standardized recipes while traveling to Benedictine communities in the region.
Role requires adherence to food safety guidelines, ability to manage portions and diet restrictions, and embody the Benedictine Mission and Core Values daily.
Prepare both hot and cold food items for patients, residents, visitors and staff. Serve food, clean equipment and work area, and put stock away. Lead Culinary Services Aides in day-to-day operations and actively participate in all culinary training. This position will be required to travel and provide care at all Benedictine communities within the assigned region as needed/required.
$30.00/hr
