Job summary

Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Minnesota is looking for a Cook who will prepare menu items according to company procedures and safety standards. You will be expected to follow proper food handling, assist with stations, and ensure guest satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Sanitation, safety and customer service training provided in-house.
• Clear communication is required to interact with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work groomed in proper uniform and maintains hygiene.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment, stocks and rotates products.
• Knows cooking stations, menu items and prep procedures for correct portions.
• Cooks menu items according to guest requests and safety standards.
• Monitors food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness.
• Identifies and fixes issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicates with supervisor about problems and needs.
