Qualifications

• Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service learned via in-house training.
• Clear ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Reports to work groomed and in proper uniform; maintains personal hygiene.
• Uses, maintains, and cleans kitchen line equipment and storage areas.
• Stocks and rotates products on the cooking line.
• Has knowledge of stations, menu items and prep procedures to ensure correct portions and timing.
• Cooks and prepares menu items according to guest requests while following safety procedures.
• Monitors food temperatures to prevent foodborne illness.
• Identifies and corrects system breakdowns to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Communicates with the Manager on Duty and coworkers about deficiencies or safety issues.
