Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is hiring a Cook to prepare fresh, high‑quality food that delivers the Wingstop experience our guests expect. You will work as part of a team in a fast‑paced kitchen, following food safety standards and ensuring every order leaves the kitchen accurately and on time.

You will read orders quickly, focus on quality and presentation, and collaborate with Front of House to deliver orders on time.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and teamwork are essential.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Restaurant or cooking experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Reliable attendance is expected.
• Must be available to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Front of House to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
