Far West Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is seeking a Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen where quality, safety, and teamwork drive every order.

You will prepare fresh food to specification, work with Front of House, and participate in cleaning, training, and keeping the area well organized. This role values reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure orders meet quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with Front of House to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
