Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment LLC is seeking a Cook to join the back-of-house team in Tucson, AZ. You will follow recipes, communicate with staff, and prepare garnishes to ensure attractive presentations while supporting kitchen organization and sanitation.

Responsibilities include operating broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers, serving food when needed, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Must be flexible and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar restaurant or concept.
• Courage to demonstrate knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation laws.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, measure ingredients and prepare garnishes.
• Operate kitchen equipment (broilers, ovens, grills, fryers).
• Present dishes with garnish and arrange final presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Handle and store ingredients; ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Adapt to customer requests and work under pressure.
