You will work on a variety of dishes, follow prep lists, support the team, and help ensure every plate meets our quality benchmarks while staying organized and safe in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Prior kitchen experience preferred.
• Proficient with kitchen tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow a prep list with speed and accuracy.
• Read and follow recipes using precise measurements.
• Prepare ingredients with strong knife skills (chopping, dicing, slicing).
• Use cooking methods including boiling, broiling, roasting, sautéing, frying and grilling.
• Prep ingredients for 200+ menu items (sauces, dressings, soups).
• Operate ovens, fryers, broilers, grills, mixers and slicers.
• Label, date and rotate food using FIFO.
• Follow safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Support teamwork through clear communication.
• Work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
