Job summary

Far West Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare fresh, high-quality food, read orders accurately, and work closely with the Front of House team to ensure timely delivery and guest satisfaction.

We value teamwork, quality, and safety, with opportunities for growth as leaders within our Wingstop franchise. Training is provided and promotional paths exist for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Team player with restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow food safety standards.
• Willing to support business needs and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards.
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately.
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards.
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately.
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering.
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters.
• Support your team wherever needed.
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order.
