Far West Restaurant Group is hiring a Cook to join our Wingstop franchise team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will prepare fresh, high-quality food, follow recipes and standards, and work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Restaurant or cooking experience preferred
• Able to read and prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to company recipes and standards
• Cook, sauce, and package orders accurately
• Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards
• Read and prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Work with the Front of House team to deliver orders on time
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures including oil filtering
• Help minimize food waste while maintaining product quality
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks including cleaning and changing hood filters
• Support your team wherever needed
• Help create an exceptional guest experience with every order
