Qualifications

• Proficiency in kitchen operations including cooking, cleaning, food prep, and safe food handling are required.
• Grill and kitchen experience is preferred, but we offer training.

Responsibilities

• Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all Glaze standards
• Restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
• Prepare and handle all catering orders
• Focus on guest satisfaction and service
• Plate, and serve guests at Glaze both in-house and with takeout
• Execute all to go and catering orders
• Work collaboratively with the cashier and prep/busser to provide a high quality customer experience
• Greet guests and answer questions they may have to help them have a great experience
• Convey energy, warmth, and a passion for quality service when dealing with customers
• Be knowledgeable about Glaze’s cuisine and be prepared to answer guest questions
• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our guests
