Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking a Kitchen Expeditor to bridge the kitchen and service teams in a fast-paced Times Square setting. You will ensure timely dish delivery, uphold preparation standards, and support both cooks and servers to create memorable hospitality moments.

Formación

• 1+ years' experience in a line cook position.
• Line cook experience with breakfast menus.
• English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Oversee the kitchen pass and runners during service periods.
• Support the kitchen and service teams to uphold food quality, presentation, and timing.
• Track timing on all tickets and check final plating for accuracy and modifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station and work area.
• Listen and communicate clearly with all team members.
• Demonstrate a professional demeanor in a high-stress environment.
• Assist in the service training of new team members in food runner roles.
