Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, MO, seeks a dedicated team member to support the Nutrition Service Department during the swing shift.

You will help with food preparation, delivery or service, and ensure proper sanitation, labeling, and inventory rotation for safe handling.

Weekend work is required; this full-time role operates 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM with weekend coverage, contributing to patient and customer meals.

Qualifications

• Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Food Handlers Permit - Various

Responsibilities

• Active participation in Nutrition Service workflow including food prep, delivery, or service to customers.
• Set up, prep, clean and sanitize work areas, dishes, wares, or equipment.
• Inventory control, product rotation, labeling, and safe food handling practices.
• Accountable for operations when the Manager and Work Leaders are not available.
• 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM shifts, weekends required.
