The private Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort is looking for their next Cook to join their team.

Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort’s private beachfront rests on Puerto Rico's northern coast, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It is 10 minutes from Manuel Morales Beach and 21 miles from central San Juan. Enjoy our outdoor lagoon-style pool with ocean views, made-to-order breakfast, and complimentary evening receptions. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of cook experience, a culinary degree, and be bilingual in Spanish and English.

Shift Pattern: Full availability, rotating shifts throughout the week.

Pay Rate: $11.50 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will prepare and present high-quality dishes to ensure excellent guest and member experiences. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting dishes within company guidelines
• Maintaining clean and tidy work areas, preventing cross-contamination
• Preparing mis-en-place for menus
• Assisting other departments and maintaining good relationships
• Reporting maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
• Complying with safety and food safety legislation
• Achieving departmental targets and being environmentally conscious
