The Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach Resort is seeking a Breakfast Busperson to join their team.

The resort's private beachfront on Puerto Rico's northern coast offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is located 10 minutes from Manuel Morales Beach and 21 miles from central San Juan. Guests can relax in the outdoor lagoon-style pool with ocean views and enjoy made-to-order breakfast and complimentary evening receptions.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Breakfast Busperson, in Food and Beverage, and in Customer Service.

Shift Pattern: Must be available to work morning and afternoon rotating shifts throughout the week, including weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of menu offerings.
• Manage guest queries effectively.
• Follow proper reporting procedures for any issues.
• Adhere to Hilton Grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Assist callers courteously, take messages accurately, and pass them on promptly.
• Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently.
• Keep all equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Requisition and ensure availability of chemicals and supplies.
• Sanitize and spotless bars before completing duties.
• Replenish bar supplies such as liquor, fruit, ice, and dishes.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• High commitment to customer service.
• Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred additional skills include:

• Experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Knowledge of table settings and service ware.
• Understanding of Food Hygiene Regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
