Work schedule: Morning Cook and Night Cook

Job Type: Part Time and Full Time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00

Experience:

Healthcare food service experience preferred, not required.

Banquet/Catering experience and supervisor experience are preferred, not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies properly, ensuring quality and minimizing waste.
  • Review menus, therapeutic menus, recipes, and production sheets before meal preparation; prepare and serve diets accurately and attractively, using proper portions and adhering to special diet requirements.
  • Follow standardized recipes and special diet orders, preparing sufficient quantities for all service requirements.
  • Test and taste foods for appearance, flavor, aroma, and temperature, making adjustments as needed.
  • Supervise staff when needed.
