Job Overview

We are seeking a hospitality-focused full-time Cook to join our team at Clarendale at Bellevue Place. Responsibilities include full-scope, hands-on cooking within the Community Culinary Services Department, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service.

Hours are from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, every other weekend, with no late nights.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization standards.
  • Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation meet standards.
  • Prepare and serve menu cycle programs compliant with nutritional and dietary regulations, including special diets per policy.
  • Cook with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Evaluate food service quality with residents and adjust operations accordingly.
  • Represent the community warmly to create a positive environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required.
  • Culinary degree preferred.
  • At least one year of restaurant, senior living, or equivalent cooking experience.
