Formación

• Requires food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in high-volume or fast-casual dining.
• Knowledge of soups, sauté, broiler, fry and pantry stations.

• Follows recipes and directions to prepare, season, cook, and serve food items.
