Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Knowledgeable in cooking large quantities of food with little to no direction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following menus and recipes to ensure palatable appearance.
• Inspect diet trays and serve food per portion control procedures.
• Prepare cold items, bakery and salad items.
• Cook hot foods as directed and follow food safety practices.
• Adhere to food service timelines and assist with inventory.
