Job summary

Apple Valley Restaurant in Milford, PA is seeking a Line Cook to contribute to day-to-day production and deliver picture perfect meals. You will follow recipes exactly as set by the Executive Chef and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Execute and prepare all menu items to specification and present picture perfect meals to our guests.
• Execute production; 100% to recipe set forth by the Executive Chef.
• Uphold and exceed of house cleanliness standards.
• Report all back of house equipment issues to supervisor immediately (i.e. a below normal cooler temperature, worn or broken equipment).
• Operate to a standard that meets all health and safety standards.
• Be a team player; Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.
• Work with Integrity; the practice of being honest and showing a consistent and uncompromising adherence to strong moral and ethical principles and values.

Responsibilities
