Hyatt Hotels Corporation at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas in Indian Wells, CA is seeking a Cook 3 – Pastry to join our culinary team. You will work in a fine dining pastry kitchen, producing a variety of desserts and plated pastries for resort guests and events.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of pastry experience in a fine dining environment, experience with high-volume pastry production, and a Baking and Pastry Arts degree or hotel experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• At least three years of previous pastry experience in a fine dining environment.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume pastry production while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• A degree in Baking and Pastry Arts or related hotel experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform all basic and intermediate baking and pastry skills, including dessert preparation, plating, and presentation.
• Ability to work multiple stations within the pastry kitchen.
• Ability to work with moderate supervision and training.
• Valid Riverside County Food Handler Card required.

The pay rate for this position is$23.00–$24.00 hourly. This is the pay range that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
