Position Overview

A Cook III is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook III, your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, maintaining, and monitoring quality control for hot food items such as meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
  • Cooking food according to designated recipes and quality standards.
  • Preparing guest orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food sanitation standards at all times.
  • Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen to ensure plates are clean and appetizing.
  • Practicing correct food handling and storage procedures according to regulations.
Pay Rate

The hourly rate upon hire is $26.73.
