Omni Nashville Hotel in downtown Nashville is hiring a Cook 2 to join its culinary team. The role requires intermediate culinary skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision across stations.
You will prepare and cook food, maintain mise en place, follow recipes, and ensure high-quality dishes while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
