NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Romeo, MI is seeking a full-time cook to prepare nourishing meals for residents, working with the Executive Chef to plan menus, maintain quality, portion control and sanitary standards.

The role offers an hourly starting wage of $17.85 plus $0.85 hero pay, annual wage increases, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, a 401k match, and more.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations.
• Coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance are achieved.
• Assist with tray line setup and plate assembly.
• Assist with daily kitchen cleaning requirements.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families and visitors.
