Job summary

WellBridge of Romeo is seeking cooks for our EPIC culinary team in Romeo, MI. You will prepare meals, assist the Executive Chef with menus, and ensure safety and quality standards are met during service.

This role offers mornings, full-time shifts with rotating weekends, a starting wage of 17.85 per hour plus hero pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, PTO, tuition reimbursement up to 5000, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Our cooks prepare amazing and nourishing meals for our guests and ensure the highest quality standards of food service and the best culinary experience are provided at all times. They work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus, prepare food, and ensure the meals are prepared in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and established policies and procedures.

You will earn: $17.85 per hour starting wages

• Starting Wages $17.00 / hour
• Yearly Wage Increases

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 8 hour shifts - all shifts include rotating weekends and holidays

How you will help people every day:

• You will prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
• You will coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance are achieved
• You may assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
• You will assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
