Job summary

WellBridge of Romeo is seeking a Bistro Associate to assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the Bistro and its activities. You will prepare, cook, and deliver an EPIC food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.

Join our team to promote hospitality, provide excellent service, and work with residents, families, physicians, and staff in a compassionate environment. This is a full or part-time, on-site role with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• ServSafe and Allergen Trained.
• Starbucks Barista trained.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide Bistro services.
• Knowledge of food service laws, regulations and guidelines in nursing care facilities and food service establishments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and evaluating the Bistro's programs and activities.
• Prepare, cook, and deliver EPIC food and beverage service.
• Coordinate food-related activities with other departments.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to guests, families, and visitors.

• Must be knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
