Job summary

WellBridge of Novi is seeking motivated culinary team members to prepare nourishing meals for our guests and maintain the highest standards of food service in a hospital-like setting. You will work with the Executive Chef to review menus, ensure portions, sanitation compliance, and timely meal service.

We offer hourly wages up to $19.85, starting at $17.00–$19.00, plus Hero Pay and yearly increases. Full-time and part-time schedules with rotating weekends/holidays are available, along with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• At least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility, with strong knowledge of food procedures.
• Experience in a Long Term Care facility is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
