Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, based in the United States, is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents in a safe, clean kitchen. You will follow standardized recipes, monitor food quality, and respect dietary modifications to deliver meals that meet Sunrise standards.

As a flexible team member, you will support dishwashing and dining service as needed, and may lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator, ensuring consistency and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range:

17.00 - 21.35
