Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents in a high-quality, safe kitchen environment. You will follow standardized recipes, maintain food quality, and accommodate dietary modifications while ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety guidelines.

The role includes leading food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator and can involve support for dishwashing and dining service. Benefits and competitive pay are offered.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator
