Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare meals that bring residents together in a supportive dining environment. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, and respect dietary modifications to support residents’ health and happiness.

In this role you’ll help maintain food safety records, assist with dining service, and may lead production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and menus.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

Pay Range: 15.20 - 19.05
