Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc provides a Cook role focused on preparing meals that meet health and safety standards for residents. The position emphasizes following standardized recipes, maintaining quality and presentation, and accommodating dietary modifications.

As part of the dining team, you will ensure accurate production records, proper food storage, and a clean, compliant kitchen. The role may involve supporting dishwashing and offering leadership in the absence of the Dining Services

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator

Pay Range: 19.65 - 24.65
